- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working business day.
- During high-demand periods, festivals, sales, or unexpected circumstances, processing time may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

- Public holidays
- Remote or rural delivery areas
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary in rare situations beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Bluestar Enterprise offers Free Shipping on all orders across India.
- No additional shipping fee is charged during checkout.
- Currently, there are no extra charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Shipping offers and policies may be updated in the future without prior notice.

- Courier selection depends on:

- Courier partners may vary from order to order.
6. Order Confirmation & Address Verification
- Before shipping, our team may contact customers to confirm:

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Once the customer confirms the address, Bluestar Enterprise is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
- If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Tracking Information
- Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
- Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.
8. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may happen due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Bluestar Enterprise currently does not charge extra fees for COD orders.

- We reserve the right to disable COD for specific products, locations, or suspicious orders.
10. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times depending on service availability.
- If delivery fails because:
- Customer is unavailable
- Incorrect address is provided
- Phone number is unreachable
- Delivery is refused
The package may be returned to us.
Returned orders may require customers to pay re-shipping charges for a second delivery attempt.
11. Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it:
- Please check with family members, neighbors, or security personnel.
- Contact the courier company using your tracking details.
- Contact Bluestar Enterprise support within 24 hours of delivery status update.
We will investigate the issue with the courier partner. However, Bluestar Enterprise cannot guarantee refunds or replacements in cases where courier tracking confirms successful delivery.
12. Damaged Package During Delivery
- Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
- If the package appears damaged, torn, or opened:
- Take photos and videos immediately (Video is compulsory)
- Refuse delivery if necessary
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
Damage claims submitted after a long delay may not be accepted.
13. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect product or a missing item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide:
- Order number
- Photos and videos of received package (Video is compulsory)
- Description of the issue
Our team will review and provide an appropriate resolution.
